President, CEO & Director

Ross McElroy, P.Geo.

Mr. Ross McElroy (P.Geo.) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. McElroy is a professional geologist with almost four decades of mining industry experience in operational and corporate roles. His background spans grassroots exploration, development and mining operations.

He co-founded Fission Uranium with Dev Randhawa and led the company through its $1.14 billion acquisition by Paladin Energy in December 2024. Most recently, he was CEO of Apollo Silver.

Mr. Randhawa stepped down as President and CEO of Shine and assumed the role of Executive Chairman of Shine Minerals – Silver District AZ Minerals Corp., effective July 27, 2026.

Jamie Bannerman

Jamie Bannerman is President of Bannerman Consulting Inc and has spent the last 9 years consulting and marketing in the capital markets. Mr. Bannerman spent 31 years with Kraft Canada in sales and marketing including several executive roles. Before he joined Kraft, Mr. Bannerman was a registered representative with Greenshields Canada. He is currently the VP of Corporate Development with F3 Uranium and Genesis AI. Corp

Director & Qualified Person

Terrence Osier, P.Geo.

Mr. Terrence Osier is a Professional Geologist with 21 years of experience and serves as the Qualified Person for the Company. He is currently the Vice President of Exploration for Strathmore Plus Uranium Corporation, a US-focused company that is currently exploring and permitting uranium projects in the state of Wyoming. In addition, Mr. Osier is a Director for F3 Uranium Corporation, which explores for deposits in the uranium-rich Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.

From 2004 to 2013, Mr. Osier was the lead geologist for Strathmore Minerals Corp. in their Wyoming operations. Mr. Osier has a Master of Science in Geology from Idaho State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Western Washington University.
