Ross McElroy, P.Geo.

Mr. Ross McElroy (P.Geo.) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and also serves as its Qualified Person.

Mr. McElroy is a professional geologist with almost four decades of mining industry experience in operational and corporate roles. His background spans grassroots exploration, development and mining operations.

He co-founded Fission Uranium with Dev Randhawa and led the company through its $1.14 billion acquisition by Paladin Energy in December 2024. Most recently, he was CEO of Apollo Silver.

Mr. Randhawa stepped down as President and CEO of Shine and assumed the role of Executive Chairman of Shine Minerals – Silver District AZ Minerals Corp., effective July 27, 2026.
